Where do I enter my password?

Pacific State Bank is changing the way you sign into PSBOnline and PSBConnect. This change is to better safeguard the privacy and security of your personal information. From now on you will use a password in conjunction with a shared imaged called a PassMarkTM.

How do you proceed?

Enter your UserId/AccessID as normal and click on the Login button.

  • If you have not registered your Passmark TM, you will be taken through the enrollment process.

  • If you have already chosen a Passmark TM, your shared image(Passmark TM) and passphrase you created will then be displayed. If you recognize your Passmark TM and passphrase, you will know you can safely enter your password*. If you do not recognize your PASSMARKTM passphrase when you sign in, do not enter your password.

  • Your PASSMARKTM and passphrase helps you know that you have reached a valid Pacific State Bank online banking site.

  • If we do not recognize the computer you are using, you will be prompted with a “Challenge Question” to help us confirm your identity and ask if you would like use to recognize this computer in the future.

    *NOTE: If you have not yet been assigned a shared image, you will be prompted to do so before you can sign in to PSBOnline or PSBConnect.
